Chorale Concert

On June 16, Sunday from 16:30 – 18:00.  the multi-awarded University of the Philippines Los Banos Chorale Ensemble (UPLBCE) will hold a concert  in our church, just after our Kermesse.  Among UPLBCE’s  recent awards include the Grand Prix at the 10^th Oriental Concentus International Choral Festival at Singapore , the First Prize Chamber Choir Category at the 3^rd Andrea Veneracion International Choral Festival, and the 2018 Ani ng Dangal Award for Music by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts in the Philippines.

As part of their 2019 European tour,  the 32-member UPLBCE will compete at the 16^th International Chamber competition at Marktoberdorf, Germany and the International Choral Festival Cantarode at Kerkrade, Netherlands.  The Chorale’s repertoire ranges from classical to contemporary masterpieces, sacred songs as well as popular and folk music from around the world.
