kermesse2015

As a major event in our Parish calendar, the annual Kermesse brings everyone together as one big family to help raise funds for the many outreach programmes of the Parish.

As part of the Kermesse Core Working Team, volunteers for the coordinating roles below are needed to lead the necessary preparations. If you’re interested, please come forward or email office@johnxxiii.ch to know more.

  • Kermesse Overall Coordinators (2)
  • Dry Good Stalls Coordinators (2)
  • Games/Kids Corner Coordinators (2)
  • Friday Family Feast Coordinators (2)
  • Auction Coordinators (2)

  • Start your spring cleaning!
From May 1-31, the Parish will accept all your donations for the Kermesse. Unlike other years, please note that we will welcome only books, clothing, stuffed toys (nothing with batteries) and new or almost new items for our Boutique Stall. We will no longer have the following stalls this year: Bric-a-Brac, CD/DVDs, Shoes & Bag and Toys Stall. Kindly label your donations appropriately to facilitate sorting.
  • American Candy Needed! If you are vacationing to the States, and can spare some space in your luggage, please bring back a variety of American candy (e.g., bubble gum, lollipops, sip & chew straws, ring pops, etc) for our Kermesse Kids’ Corner this year.
