Congratulations to all our Lottery Winners! To view the winners of the Lottery, click here. Prizes can be claimed during office hours, 8:30-12:30 Mon-Fri, or after the Sunday morning Masses. Prizes will be held in the Parish Office for six months.The Kermesse Final Results can now be viewed here.

While we are still expecting further income/expenses to come this week, we expect to raise approximately CHF48,000 from the Kermesse. Thank you once again for all your help and support!

As we move into summer, many parishioners will be leaving the Geneva area. We would like to say goodbye and to thank you for your contribution to the life of the Parish. We’d also like to extend a warm welcome to all who are new to Geneva and to our Parish community! On June 25-26 (next Sunday) after all the morning Masses, members of the different parish ministries will be available to greet and chat. After the 11:30 Mass, there will be a celebration for parishioners, newly arrived or leaving Geneva. Everyone welcome!

Registration for catechism 2016-17) is now open. Please register here. Those who do not have internet access can request an application form from the office. If you are new to the Parish and wish to register your children in catechism, you must first register as a parishioner, which can also be done on-line.

Have you been worshiping with us, but never officially took the step to become Catholic? Have you been away from the Church and have now returned, but want to know more? Have you been a Catholic all your life, but never celebrated all of the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist)? Have you joined us from a different background and would now like to find out more about the Catholic Church? If any of the above questions apply to you, we would love to help you in your journey! Our Journeying in Faith Group (RCIA) will be beginning in the summer, but in the meantime, we invite you to a ‘COME & SEE’ meeting on 21 June (Tue) at 18:30 in the Parish House to find out more about RCIA.

Other Services

At St. John XXIII Parish, a number of Masses and other services are celebrated such as:

  • Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament takes place in the Parish Chapel at Montbrillant every Friday from 18:00 to 19:00 except for the first Friday of every month when it takes place at 13:15.
  • Marriage: All couples planning to marry should register with us by calling the Parish Office. (Six months notice is the usual requirement.).
  • Funeral Services (Please contact the Parish Priest directly).
  • Baptism Services every 4th Saturday of the month at 12 noon except during the Christmas and Easter Seasons (Contact the Parish Office for more information).
  • The Sacrament of reconciliation (Confession) is available before and after each weekday Mass upon request or by prior arrangement. It will also be offered in the Chapel every Saturday from 17:15-18:00
